1. The aluminum fin condenser increases the heat exchange area, and the surface is coated with resin, which helps to reduce corrosion. The 304 stainless steel immersed coil evaporator is more stable and convenient, making maintenance and cleaning easier.
2. The compressor adopts hermetic scroll type, which is maintenance-free for life. Its motor adopts a fully enclosed air circulation (TEAO) six-axis, with "F" grade protection and IP55 safety, which can prolong the service life and has a unique cooling effect.
3. The cabinet of the air-cooled chiller is made of galvanized impact steel, treated with phosphoric acid, and then heated after an electrostatic powder layer of about 60 microns.
4. Built-in buffer water tank with a large pump. Valves are installed at the inlet and outlet to adjust the water pressure. Users can have barrier-free maintenance and repair in future use.
5. Some airtight compressors use oil sight glass valves to provide release and suction as well as crankshaft heaters. All standard grades of coils are composed of 3 or 4 columns/12FPI, ⅜"O.D tubes.
