This series Screw Type Air Cooled Water Chiller can be applied to one big plastic injection machine or several injection machines at the same time, with one large water tank outside to be cooled by the chiller, the consistent and reliable supply of the proper temperature to the process which means less scrap, more quality products.

1. Installed with import scroll compressors, brand Copeland, Danfoss, Panasonic, etc. Excellent cooling and long working life.
2. Well designed and reasonable Pipelines-ensures power supply and saves energy;
3. Microprocessor control, easy to operate , can set temperature on the control panel from 5C to 35C.
4. Unique open reservoir tank made of stainless steel, easy cleaning & maintenance.
5. Installed with current overload protector, high & low-pressure switch,electronic timer delay , fault display system.
6. Single, double or four compressors combination unit available & high power efficiency.
7. Industrially designed , elegant and ergonomic.
8. Widely used in plastic processing industry like injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, film blowing,etc.
Design:
(1). Electrical waterproof IP55 grade, chiller could be placed outdoor without shelter.
(2) Design working condition ambient temperature from -20C degree to +50C degree.
(3). Working condition: good air circulation place to discharge the heat.
(4). Remote and local control available, chiller with stop/off function remote and alarm remote optional.
(5). Power off - Auto strart up turn on function supported.
(6). Inlet and outlet pipe stainless steel;
